Compulsory Literacy Assessment

Before we can enrol you in this programme you need to do a compulsory literacy and numeracy assessment. Your tutor will use your results to find out what support you may need.

We do this assessment using a tool created by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC).

After you choose your course and apply to enrol, you will get an email with:

  • a link to the assessment on the TEC website
  • your password to access the assessment.

When you have finished the assessment you will see a visual report with your results. There is no pass or fail for the assessment and the result will not affect your enrolment in the programme.

If you have any questions about the Assessment please get in touc.
