iQualify for business divisions

Te Pūkenga business divisions can use iQualify free of charge. The first time your business division requests to use iQualify or an Open Polytechnic course an iQualify Customer Experience Manager will be in touch to set up your iQualify environment.  

If you already have an iQualify environment, but are not sure where to login, go to the iQualify support page and use the tool available to find your iQualify environment.


iQualify setup


There are a number of roles in iQualify. Use this template to work out who in your organisation needs which type of access. Your iQualify Customer Experience Manager can talk these through with you, but having an idea of the access needed will help you get onboard faster.

Integration and Single Sign On (SSO)

Integrate and automate with iQualify from enrolments to reporting and notifications. iQualify can also be used alongside your existing LMS including setting up Single Sign On for ākonga to support a seamless experience when moving between systems.

iQualify has a range of resources to help kaimahi get familiar with using iQualify. 

Content editing checklist for course reuse

iQualify has a built-in checklist that will guide kaimahi through preparing an Open Polytechnic course for your business division’s use. Each step has a short how-to video and link to step by step written instructions.

iQualify skills courses 

The iQualify skills programme offers kaimahi a range of short free online courses to give them the skills they need to succeed with iQualify. 


With more than 400 articles, the iQualify Knowledgebase is your go to for any iQualify queries. You can access and search the Knowledgebase from within iQualify.

Support for your ākonga

In addition to a section in the iQualify Knowledgebase that is dedicated to supporting learners, iQualify has created a free Learning with iQualify course which you can offer your ākonga to familiarise them with iQualify.

Your iQualify Customer Experience Manager will work with you to get this into your iQualify environment.

Support when you need it

iQualify offers support for business divisions using iQualify. They support iQualify account owners, managers, authors and service desks via in app, chat and e-mail. Monday to Friday. They also offer second level support for facilitators and learners. You can view, submit and manage any support requests in our support portal
