Thank you for choosing to enrol with Open Polytechnic. From here, you will be guided through the online enrolment form. If you need help at any time during the enrolment process, you can call our Customer Services team on freephone 0508 650 200.
Please ensure you read the enrolment Terms and Conditions before submitting your application. Once you have submitted the form, it can take up to 15 business days to process your enrolment. Your enrolment is confirmed when we have all the documentation we need and you have paid your fees. More information about enrolment is available here
Please note, all fees must be paid before your enrolment will be confirmed. If you are enrolling in a trimesterised course, fees must be paid before the trimester starts. Find out more about paying your fees
Annual administration fee. In addition to your course fees, you will need to pay an annual administration fee of $60.00 for your first enrolment each calendar year
If you are planning to apply for a student loan or student allowance, please contact StudyLink to find out what you're eligible for, as not all courses are eligible for student assistance. Please ensure you enrol at least four weeks before the start of your course, as it can take up to four weeks for your student loan to be processed. StudyLink will send us a VOS (Verification of Study) when your loan contract has been approved.
If you have enrolled in a print-based course, your course material will be sent after your enrolment is confirmed, and within the 6 week period prior to your course start date. If you have enrolled in an online course, you will be advised by email when you can access your course.
You may enrol in a course less than 15 business days before the start date however if you are enrolling in a course which requires printed materials, you may not receive your materials in time for the start of the course.
