Organisational Behaviour

During this course you will look at the theory and research about how people behave at work, and the implications for managing people in organisations. 

You will develop the ability to improve organisation performance by applying better management skills and techniques through your increasing understanding of behaviour.  Human behaviour is considered from the perspective of the individual, the group and the organisation. 

This course will also give you a strong theoretical base for further, applied studies at Level 7 in the Bachelor of Business programme.

This course is a compulsory core requirement for all Bachelor of Business students. It builds and extends on the knowledge base developed in courses such as:

• 71130 Organisations and Management
• 72140 Business Communication.
