The student card is no cost to you. For more information you can refer to our terms and conditions (opens in a new window)
You should have received an email from us outlining the process. But if you haven’t received it, that’s ok. Fill out the online application form to allow us to check your enrolment status. Once your enrolment has been confirmed you will be sent an email directly from StudentCard with a unique code and instructions on how to register for your StudentCard online. (This process can take from 7 to 10 working days)

If you are in a store, and you have the StudentCard app installed on your device, show the retailer their discount page in the app, sometimes new staff have not been properly trained on all of a retailers discount partners. Please let StudentCard know of the issue by contacting them on 0800 664409 or so they can follow up with the Discount partner.

If it has been less than 10 working days then your card should be on its way. If it is more than 10 working days, please contact StudentCard on 0800 664409, or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
The name displayed on the student card will be the legal first name and last name that we hold on our student management system.
The card will be sent to you by post to the address you have provided in your online application.
Once you have registered for your student card using your unique code [which you will have received from ‘StudentCard’] you should receive your card within 7 to 10 working days.
Download and install the StudentCard App, this contains a deal directory and also keeps you up to date with latest promotions and competitions. Alternatively have a look at the discounts and news sections of the StudentCard’s website studentcard.co.nz/
Unfortunately the StudentCard app is not supported on Windows phones.
The StudentCard app has been designed to work on all apple phone devices, and Android Galaxy and compatible phones, with Android version 4.2 or greater. If your device meets these criteria please contact StudentCard on 0800 664 409 or email them at email@example.com
