This online course will enable the learner to write basic structures of te reo Māori.

Kia whai huarahi ai te ākonga te panui me te mārama ki tētahi kōrero māmā. This online course will enable the learner to read and understand a basic level story in te reo Māori.

This online course will enable you to effectively supervise licensees and other staff in applying broad knowledge of current New Zealand law relevant to carrying out agency work.

This online course will enable you to evaluate and apply leadership and communication skills to support and develop licensees and internal stakeholders to improve engagement, solve problems, enhance the real estate environment, and to support their personal and branch goals. You will evaluate and apply supervision skills in discharging contracts to ensure quality and compliance with relevant legislation and requirements, and to apply knowledge of the management of trust accounts in New Zealand.
