The purpose of this course is to reinforce obligations in a real estate transaction.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • explain your legal obligations to parties to a real estate transaction 
  • explain your obligations to the parties when establishing an agency relationship 
  • explain your obligations to the parties when marketing a property and negotiating a sale and purchase agreement 
  • explain your obligations to the parties after the sale and purchase agreement is signed. 
This course covers 2 hours of verifiable training and will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

 

Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year.

This course is 100% internally assessed.
