This course will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

The purpose of this course is to reinforce the Code of Conduct and other licensee legal obligations in Real Estate.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • the purpose of the Code of Conduct. 
  • the rules of the Code of Conduct.  
  • how the Code of Conduct applies when carrying out real estate agency work, with practical examples. 
  • the standard of professional competence and conduct required of a licensee  
  • the benefits and protections offered by the Code of Conduct for licensees and consumers. 
  • processes to address breaches of the rules. 

This course covers 1 hour of verifiable training and will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year.

This course is 100% internally assessed.
