Students who successfully complete this course will be able to
- Establish the human resource implications of the strategic management plans of an organisation.
- Review and develop human resource policies and plans to fit the organisation’s strategic plan.
- Co-ordinate implementation of the plan.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the human resource plan.
- Outline some of the international challenges facing strategic human resource management in New Zealand and overseas.
