This online course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the legal aspects of business entities, in particular companies.

This online course will build on the knowledge and skills developed in 71110 Introduction to Law, or an equivalent. It fits within the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and CPA Australia’s three year programme of study.

It also provides a basis on which to build - e.g. double majors and post-graduate studies.
