  • Lecturer Neil Ballantyne leads the charge in social work

    The Open Polytechnic’s Neil Ballantyne has led the development of an open access version of Aotearoa New Zealand Social Work (the journal of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers).
    The journal is now one of a number of open access journals hosted as part of the University of Otago’s OUR journal service. As a founder member of the journal's editorial collective Neil negotiated the hosting agreement with the University of Otago and co-edited the first open access issue with Simon Lowe of the University of Waikato.
