The online course is underpinned by a focus on the importance of person centred therapeutic relationships and will help you develop skills in active listening and empathic responses to advocate for appropriate interventions. Additionally, you will be introduced to the importance of self-care, professional supervision and relevant professional codes of ethics that shape current professional practice.
