Learners who successfully complete this course will have an awareness and understanding of:
- why fairness is important in the real estate context
- the concepts of diversity, equity, equality and inclusion
- diversity in Aotearoa New Zealand
- how to treat clients and customers from diverse backgrounds fairly
- the types of complaints and enquiries made to REA alleging unfair conduct.
This course covers 1 hour of verifiable training and will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).
Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year.
