clearly explain the end-to-end real estate transaction process in New Zealand clearly to consumers, particularly to those who are accustomed to the processes of other jurisdictions

explain what effects the Land Transfer Act 2017 and Property Law Act 2007 have on the responsibilities of licensees in this process

describe the different methods of sale, including auction and multi-offer
