Some courses in this programme have an exam, which are in-person. Please check the course page to see if there is an exam, and check the exam timetable before you enrol to ensure you can attend the exam. Exam dates and times are fixed and cannot be rescheduled, this includes if the exam is scheduled on a Regional Anniversary Day.
To achieve the New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Level 6) (Civil Engineering), you need to complete 16 courses.
We recommend you begin your study with DE4101 Engineering Fundamentals and DE4102 Engineering Mathematics 1. These courses are the foundation of this programme and introduces the areas of study that make up the diploma.
