This online course will give you a greater understanding of engineering design, drawing practice and modelling in an applied context.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

Describe the stages of the design process
Apply the principles, standards, and techniques of design and drawing used in engineering contexts
Use models and drawings to meet given briefs and communicate outcomes of solutions

Assessment for this course is:

30% internally assessed
70% Portfolio Part 1, Part 2 and Presentation
