Once you have completed this online course you will be able to develop a pre-contract construction plan, and develop a post-contract construction plan for a medium-sized building.

Students who complete this course will be able to

  • Produce a plan for a medium construction project pre-tender discussing the constraints in a given project to include health and safety, timings, plant, resources, budgets, management, sub-contractors and materials.
  • Produce a plan for a medium construction project post-tender discussing the mitigation of constraints in a given project to include health and safety, timings, plant resources, budgets, management, sub-contractors and materials.
