The aim of this online course is to develop and apply knowledge and skills related to structures, building envelope and the interior for a small building.

Once you've completed this course you will be able to

Identify geotechnical factors and substructures for a small building.
Evaluate building types and structures for a small building.
Evaluate building envelope material, interior linings, joinery, and fitments for a small building including legislative requirements.
Create technical sketches for a small building project.
