  • Plan, consult, design and develop spreadsheets and databases to provide a solution for organisational use

  • How to create a spreadsheet workbook
  • How to plan and evaluate spreadsheets
  • How to create a spreadsheet template
  • How to create and use formulas
  • How and when to use absolute and relative referencing

  • How to create spreadsheet charts and macros
  • What a database is and the difference between flat and relational databases
  • Create and perform queries on a database
  • Share data between word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
