This online course will arm you with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to analyse and identify effective leadership approaches that promote positive workplace culture, diversity and change.

When you successfully complete this course you will be able to:

  • Analyse the role leaders play in creating an inclusive and positive workplace culture
  • Describe leadership approaches that contribute to the successful performance of an organisation
  • Examine leadership approaches which support effective change in an organisation
