This online course covers issues in financial accounting and the application of financial reporting standards, including asset and liability viewpoint, creative accounting, accounting for fixed assets, public sector assets, leases, construction contracts, intangible assets, foreign currency transactions, income tax, liabilities, defeasance of debt, financial instruments and business combinations.
