Terms and Conditions – Draw - Open Polytechnic website first click testing

1. Information on how to enter the draw forms part of the conditions of entry. 
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
3. Participation in the draw is limited to one entry per person.
4. The draw commences at 2:00pm 12 December 2005 and closes at 10:00 am on 18 December 2025 or when Open Polytechnic has the required number of participants for feedback. 
5. The winners will be chosen by 12:00 pm, 18 December 2025. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via the contact details provided. If, having used reasonable efforts, the winner is uncontactable by 4:00pm, 4 January 2025, then the prize is forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
6. If the survey is extended, the dates in item 5 of these terms and conditions will be updated, and those enrolled for the draw will have their entry carried over to the new end date.
7. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions when entering this draw.
8. A maximum of two prizes (each worth $50) are to be won.
