Terms and Conditions - Learner communications survey

1. Information on how to enter the draw forms part of the conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
3. Participation in the draw is limited to one entry per person.
4. The survey commences at 1pm 1 April 2026 and closes at 1pm 15 April 2026 or when Open Polytechnic has the required number of participants for feedback.  
5. The winners will be chosen by 12:00 pm 16 April 2026. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via the email provided in the survey. If, having used reasonable efforts, the winner is uncontactable by 4:00pm 23 April then the prize is forfeited, and another winner will be selected. 
6. If the survey is extended, the dates in item 5 of these terms and conditions will be updated, and those enrolled for the draw will have their entry carried over to the new end date. 
   You agree to abide by these terms and conditions when entering this draw.
7. A maximum of three prizes (each worth $50) are available to be won.
