Terms and Conditions – Promotion - “A day in your life as an online distance learner”
- Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry.
- Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are current Open Polytechnic learners. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
- Participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry per person.
- Open Polytechnic (the “Promoter”), its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
- The promotion commences 10am, Wednesday 8 April and closes 10am, Wednesday 15 April. Any entries sent to the Open Polytechnic after this time will be ineligible for entry.
- The winner will be chosen by a selected panel at the Open Polytechnic by 12pm 22 April 2026. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via contact details from our SMS. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner by 4pm, 29 April 2025, then the prize is forfeited, and the panel will select another winner.
- The winner’s name and submission for the competition may be announced in the next issue of Kōrero and will be used on Open Polytechnic social media channels.
- By entering this competition, you agree for Open Polytechnic to share your content in future issues of Kōrero and other Open Polytechnic online and social media channels.
- All submissions must be your own original work. Open Polytechnic reserves the right to not accept any submission that appears to contain AI-generated material. By entering, you confirm that your submission is your own thoughts and ideas and does not include any AI-generated content.
- By entering the Open Polytechnic competition, you agree that you will abide by these terms and conditions.
- There is a maximum of one prize pack to be won.
