Terms and Conditions – Draw - ‘Business Degree Survey’ 

1. Information on how to enter the draw forms part of the conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to the recipients of the email inviting participation. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
3. Participation in the draw is limited to one entry per person.
4. The draw commences at 10:00 am on 3 February 2026 and closes at 10:00 am on 18 February 2026. Any entries submitted after this time will be ineligible for entry.
5. The winners will be chosen by 12:00 pm, 26 February 2026. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via the contact details provided. If, having used reasonable efforts, the winner is uncontactable by 4:00pm, 6 March 2026, then the prize is forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
6. If the survey is extended, the dates in item 5 of these terms and conditions will be updated, and those enrolled for the draw will have their entry carried over to the new end date.
   You agree to abide by these terms and conditions when entering this draw.
7. A maximum of five prizes (each worth $50) is to be won.
