This online course provides you with the opportunity to describe community integration and gain an in-depth understating of the services and resources that are available within your community to support your work.
In this online course learners will explore and apply the key principles for working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, whānau and/or family, registered health professionals and other colleagues to support complex needs in a health or wellbeing setting.
