This course provides students with knowledge and skills in key areas of operational and strategic management for a real estate business in Aotearoa New Zealand. Students will evaluate the operation of trust accounts, analyse anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism rules to scenarios, gain strategic marketing skills, learn to lead teams professionally and ethically, and recommend risk management strategies in a real estate context.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- Evaluate the operational management of trust accounts.
- Analyse anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism issues in relation to real estate scenarios.
- Apply the principles of marketing in a real estate context.
- Develop, implement and evaluate effective marketing strategies for different real estate scenarios.
- Apply human resource strategies to a real estate business.
- Recommend risk management strategies for a real estate business.
