Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Evaluate and apply supervision skills in leading and supporting licensees in the preparation and discharging of real estate contracts with various levels of complexity.
  • Apply knowledge in the management of trust accounts in line with current New Zealand legislation.
  • Apply leadership skills to support and develop licensees and other staff to improve engagement and productivity, and to resolve problems, based on professional, ethical and cultural appropriate principles to a given scenario.
  • Apply communication skills to enhance a real estate environment, based on professional and culturally appropriate principles.
  • Apply leadership skills to communicate with, and support internal stakeholders to enable them to develop and achieve agreed personal and entity goals to a given scenario.
