This online course will enable you to effectively supervise licensees and other staff in applying broad knowledge of current New Zealand law relevant to carrying out agency work. It examines compliance with agency authorities and relevant legislation, and quality requirements in the areas of property inspections and appraisals.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

Explain legislative requirements and best practice applicable to property inspections and appraisals in New Zealand.
Apply supervision skills for property inspections and appraisals in New Zealand to ensure licensees and other staff comply with legislative requirements and best practice and apply to a given scenario.
