Entry requirements

These courses are available to learners working in real estate.

People working in Real Estate is defined as a person who: 

  • Holds a licence to carry out real estate agency work (“a licence”)
  • Has applied for a licence (including a person who previously held a licence that expired or that they surrendered)
  • Holds a voluntarily suspended licence
  • Is a non-licensee that is either employed by, or otherwise engaged to support, a licensee.

International learners and domestic learners living overseas

You can study this programme part-time if you’re an international learner living in New Zealand or overseas. If you’re living in New Zealand, you will need to be in paid employment with a valid work permit.

You can also study this programme if you’re a New Zealand citizen living overseas.
