Course Only (Certificate of Proficiency)

You can choose from over 200 courses in a range of areas. See the ‘Choose courses and apply’ tab for the list of courses.  

Note

• Course only enrolments are limited.
• You will not receive a certificate for any study you complete under course only. The only formal recognition of your study will be an academic transcript.  

Already enrolled in another programme?

If you want to do a course that is not part of the programme you're already enrolled in, please talk to a Student Advisor. We usually recommend that you complete your current qualification before undertaking other courses.

Or if you’re enrolled to study somewhere else and want to do a course through Open Polytechnic to help you complete their qualification, talk to a Student Advisor as you may need to enrol in our version of the qualification.

Our courses will give you the skills and knowledge to help you reach your study and professional development needs. If you decide to do more study, you will be able to credit most courses done through Course Only study towards a related qualification.
