This online course will give you the fundamental knowledge, skills, and attributes required to undertake real estate licensee duties that are aligned with professional conduct and legislative requirements.

Students who successfully complete this online course will be able to:

Apply codes of conduct, rules, regulations, and legislation in the role of a real estate licensee.
Explain land ownership titles in relation to real estate practice.
Discuss laws relating to ownership and consumer protection in real estate practice
