The aim of this online course is to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies to apply health (hauora), safety and wellbeing policies and practices within Aotearoa New Zealand organisations.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

Apply practices to enhance employee wellbeing and the work environment in an organisation.
Discuss health and safety policies, procedures, and practices in relation to legislation and organisational effectiveness.
