The aim of this online course is to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies to demonstrate principles, practices, and processes of human resource functions relevant for organisations in an Aotearoa New Zealand context.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

Apply key human resource principles, practices and processes to support organisational goals.
Apply legal and ethical frameworks to ensure the effective application of human resource functions.
Discuss the impact of human resource technologies to human resource functions.
