This online course will teach you how to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies to evaluate the role of advanced management accounting in organisational performance and decision making.

When you successfully complete this course you will be able to:

Examine the operational and strategic role of management accounting in organisational contexts
Analyse strategic cost and profit management across the value chain
Critically analyse contemporary approaches to performance management relevant to an organisational context
Analyse advanced management accounting issues to inform strategic decision making for an organisation.
