What you will learn

When you sucessfully complete this course you will be able to:

  • Explain the role and purpose of management accounting in an organisational context
  • Apply appropriate quantitative techniques and costing methods for planning and control in an organisational context
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for management purposes in an organisational context
  • Analyse data and information relevant to management accounting to support decision-making in an organisational context.

Assessment

  • 50% internally assessed
  • 50% exam, which you need to attend in person.
