This online course will give you the knowledge, skills, and competencies to prepare and use budgets to monitor performance and determine internal controls to minimise risk for an organisation.

When you successfully complete this course you will be able to:

  • Prepare and monitor budgets for internal stakeholders
  • Apply communication strategies to provide budget and performance monitoring information to internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate internal controls and financial and business risks of an organisation to minimise or mitigate risk.

Assessment

  • 50% internally assessed
  • 50% exam, which you need to attend in person.
