This course provides you with opportunities to develop your professional knowledge, skills and dispositions required to work in a range of early childhood services and settings. 

This practicum prepares you to meet the Graduating Teacher Standards: Aotearoa New Zealand (Education Council NZ) through in depth knowledge of, and critical engagement with the professional requirements and skills required to be an early childhood teacher.

A focus of this practicum is planning, implementation and evaluation and the development and defence of an informed teaching philosophy.

There are no set texts for this course.
