Terms and Conditions – Promotion - “Learner Survey”  

1. Information on how to enter the draw forms part of the conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
3. Participation in the draw is limited to one entry per person.
4. The promotion commences 10am, Thursday 21 May 2026 and closes 10am, Monday 30 July 2026. Any entries sent to the Open Polytechnic after this time will be ineligible for entry.  
5. The winner will be chosen by a selected panel at the Open Polytechnic by 12pm 31 July 2026. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via contact details from our SMS. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner by 4pm 7 August 2026, then the prize is forfeited, and the panel will select another winner.
6. If the survey is extended, the dates in item 5 of these terms and conditions will be updated, and those enrolled for the draw will have their entry carried over to the new end date.
7. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions when entering this draw.
8. A maximum of one  prize (worth $50) is available to be won.
