The purpose of this online course is to identify supervision as a licensee.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • explain what essential documents are and where to find them
  • explain the key elements found on a record of title
  • explain the different types of legal tenure.

This course covers 2 hours of verifiable training and will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year.

This course is 100% internally assessed.
