The purpose of this course is to reinforce disclosure requirements.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to will be able to:

  • explain the influence of competing interests on disclosure
  • describe strategies for discussing disclosure with vendors
This course covers 1 hour of verifiable training and will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

 

Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year.
