The purpose of this course is to reinforce licensee obligations and ethics in commercial sales and leasing.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to will be able to:

  • explain key concepts related to ethics 
  • explain how ethics are applied in day to day agency work 
  • describe ethical considerations in disclosure situations 
  • explain the obligations of licensees in reporting misconduct or unsatisfactory conduct
This course covers 2 hours of verifiable training and will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

 

Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year.
