The purpose of this online course is to reinforce the critical understanding of Sales and Purchase Agreements.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Apply and demonstrate a practical understanding of requirements around preparing, explaining and supporting the execution of Agreements for the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

This course covers 1.5 hours of verifiable training and will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year.
