This course is an introductory course to project management. It aims to develop a understanding of what the project manager role entails and it introduce basic principles and terms used for project management.
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- Describe methods and terminology relevant to project management
- Plan a simple project including project timelines, budgets, a work breakdown structure and a resource chart
- Deliver a simple project including the identification/management of risks/issues and the change process
- Close out a simple project including a lessons learned and a handover to business and usual.
Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of non-verifiable training every year. This course covers 10 hours of non-verifiable training.

This course is 100% internally assessed.
