This course will enable you to meet part of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as prescribed by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

The purpose of this course is to consider ethics at a personal and business level, with a particular emphasis on real estate practice.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Describe the principles of business ethics for real estate practice
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ethics as they apply to the responsibilities of licensees in the real estate industry.
Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of non-verifiable training every year. This course covers 10 hours of non-verifiable training.

This course is 100% internally assessed.
