In this course, you will learn about:
- Recognising and addressing common security and privacy risks, including the transparency and accessibility of information, maintaining security requirements, and installation of anti-malware software
- Compliance with organisational and legal regulations including spamming and software licensing.
Synchronising data across multiple devices and platforms - Data transferability – local and remote storage
- Using problem solving techniques to identify hardware and software problems
- Fixing problems by selecting from a range of known solutions
- Knowing how to find and when to seek help, using appropriate computing terminology
