Open Polytechnic limited-time 2026 zero-fees offer for NZ2416/NZ2420

1. Promoter 
The promoter of this offer is Open Polytechnic of New Zealand Limited ("Open Polytechnic"). 
2. Promotional Period 
The limited time zero fees offer is available for eligible students who submit new enrolment applications before the relevant closing date[s] for enrolments in courses for NZ2416 or NZ2420 up to October 2026.   
Open Polytechnic reserves the right to extend, amend or end the promotion at any time. 
3. Eligibility 
Eligibility is determined by Open Polytechnic's student records, and other relevant evidence applicable to an enrolment application from new learners as published on the website, and in the Academic Regulatory Framework (Te Kawa).

To be eligible for this limited time offer for NZ2416/NZ2420, learners must: 

• Meet all admission and enrolment requirements for their chosen programme/ course.
• Submit a completed enrolment application during the promotional period. A promotional code must be applied when your enrolment is processed.
• Be intending to complete all requirements towards the programme of study (i.e. plan complete 240 credits of study towards the Diploma within 6 years of starting study).
• Not have any outstanding debt with Open Polytechnic.
• Not be enrolling under ‘Course only’.  
• Not be currently enrolled in any other programme with Open Polytechnic.
• Be considered a domestic learner and be living in New Zealand. 

4. Offer 
Eligible learners will receive a 100% waiver of the course tuition fees for up to two eligible courses when enrolled during the promotional period. 
The fee waiver applies only to the course associated with the enrolment made using the promotional code, and cannot be transferred (see 8. below). 
This offer may be applied retrospectively to enrolments submitted before the promotional period that start within the promotion period. These learners will be notified by Open Polytechnic. 
5. Exclusions 
The promotion:

• Applies to up to two eligible course enrolments during the promotion period only.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  does not cover any other costs related to study.
• Cannot be applied retrospectively to enrolments starting before the promotional period, or to cover any debt from earlier enrolments.
• Cannot be transferred to another person.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, scholarship, fee waiver, promotional offer or funding arrangement unless approved by Open Polytechnic.
• Is not redeemable against previously withdrawn, cancelled or completed enrolments. 

6. Promotional Code 
The promotional code: 

• Must be entered during the enrolment process.
• Is valid only during the promotional period.
• Must not be sold, exchanged or used for commercial gain.
• Remains the property of Open Polytechnic.
• Open Polytechnic reserves the right to decline any enrolment where misuse of the promotional code is suspected.

7. Eligible Courses 
The promotion applies only to courses within the programmes NZ2416 and NZ2420, identified by Open Polytechnic as eligible for this campaign. 
Open Polytechnic reserves the right to exclude specific courses, programmes, products or enrolment categories from the promotion. 
8. Changes, Withdrawals and Refunds 
An enrolment can only be transferred within the promotion period (as applicable). 
After the promotion period, if a learner: 

• Withdraws from their course;
• Transfers to another course;
• Defers their enrolment start date after October 2026; or
• Is otherwise no longer eligible for the enrolled course,
• Open Polytechnic WILL remove the promotional fee waiver and determine any applicable fee obligations in accordance with its standard enrolment, withdrawal and refund policies (see Te Kawa | Academic Regulatory Framework and the information published on the Open Polytechnic website). 

9. Other Conditions 
Open Polytechnic reserves the right to remove the fee waiver and recover any fees owing where: 

• The learner provided incorrect or misleading information;
• The learner is found not to have met the eligibility requirements; or
• The promotion has been used contrary to these Terms and Conditions. 

Receipt of any promotional email or information does not guarantee enrolment with Open Polytechnic, or successful course and/or qualification completion. 
Learners remain responsible for engaging in their learning and successfully completing all qualification requirements. 
By enrolling with Open Polytechnic you accept the terms and conditions of enrolment. 
10. Privacy 
Personal information collected during the enrolment process will be managed in accordance with Open Polytechnic's Privacy Statement and applicable privacy legislation. 
11. Changes to the Promotion 
Open Polytechnic reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise that make the promotion impractical, unlawful or outside Open Polytechnic's reasonable control. 
13. Final Decision 
Any decision made by Open Polytechnic regarding eligibility, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, or administration of the promotion is final.
