EventsOur StaffMegan Parker, Open Polytechnic Academic Staff Member in floristry, hosted Gregor Lersch, World Master Florist at Lindale Village in Paraparaumu, in association with New Zealand Professional Florists, a stakeholder within Open Polytechnic’s floristry programmes recently.
“It was a privilege to host such a world-renowned floral designer and educator celebrated for his innovative, and artistic approach to floral design,” said Megan, who is also a Master Florist.

Gabby, Gregor’s wife, who is also an acclaimed florist, joined him at the event.
The weekend included a floral design demonstration, hands-on floral workshop and a dinner.
