Students who successfully complete this online real estate course will be able to:
- Explain legislation and industry best practice applicable to inspections and appraisals.
- Apply supervision skills to ensure licensees complete inspections and appraisals using best practice, consistent with relevant legislation.
- Evaluate a licensee’s investment analysis of a residential or commercial property.
- Supervise and support licensees in the preparation and discharge of real estate contracts, including complex sale and purchase agreements.
- Apply supervision skills to ensure quality and compliance when leasing a property, including complex lease agreements.
- Describe key legislation and processes that provide support and supervision to property management staff including Tenancy Services and the Tenancy Tribunal and describe how a branch manager would supervise and support a tenancy tribunal case.
