This programme is a great place to start if you want to find out how to care for New Zealand’s natural and physical resources. You’ll learn about New Zealand’s environment laws and the impact that resource use has on the environment. Once you’ve completed the programme you will know about the Resource Management Act 1991, local government legalisation and environmental impact assessment.
OP6213 Certificate in Environmental Management (Level 6) will close to new student enrolments on 23 October 2017.
If you wish to enrol in this programme, please apply to enrol in Trimester 3 before 23 October 2017.
Open Polytechnic will not be taking any new student enrolments in this programme from Trimester 1, 2018. Please note, to be awarded this qualification you will need to have completed all three courses that make up the programme at the end of Trimester 2, 2019.

If you were already enrolled in OP6213 Certificate in Environmental Management (Level 6) prior to 23 October 2017, you can continue to enrol in your next course as normal to complete your qualification.
